Responsibilities include curating an inviting atmosphere that fosters lasting relationships with valued members and esteemed guests, fostering loyalty and satisfaction. Your responsibilities extend beyond reception; you will create a welcoming environment, address inquiries promptly, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

  • Member/Guest Engagement in the Lobby and Members’ Lounge
  • Call-Centre cum Live Chat Support

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented with multitasking and service excellence
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
