About the Role

The Guest Experience Ambassador will work closely with our Assistant Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, responding promptly and tactfully to guest requests and complaints. You will also be responsible for liaising with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office cashiers to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.

In addition, you will establish contact with house guests and long-staying guests, providing assistance as needed and making courtesy calls to ensure their satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for requisitioning and maintaining stock of promotional materials for daily operations, as well as ensuring efficient and courteous services in baggage handling, transport, and general enquiries.

Requirements
  • O-Level or equivalent qualification
  • Willingness to perform rotating shifts
  • Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and good communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera system is advantageous
