Role Overview

We are seeking a charismatic Lobby Ambassador to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor lobby activity and engage with guests to elevate their experience during peak hours.
  • Evaluate the welcome and farewell experience of all guests, ensuring it meets our standards.
  • Buily relationships with the local community to provide extra service for guests when required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and public areas, reflecting positively on the hotel's image.
  • Update operating departments on all activities within the hotel in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate communications between shifts, recording guest preferences or opportunities in the PMS system.
  • Stay informed about local events and activities, undertaking assignments as directed by the Rooms Division Manager.
  • Alert relevant departments to any faults, defects, or unusual property activity.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
