Guest Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Ambassador. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities:- To greet guests upon arrival, welcoming them to our hotel and providing them with all necessary information and assistance.
- To answer phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with guests in person, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- To assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
- To maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, adhering to high standards of housekeeping and safety.
- To handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and handling refunds as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with computer systems, including property management software (PMS).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
