Job Title: Guest Experience Ambassador

As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations. Your primary goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that makes every guest feel valued and appreciated.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Check guests in efficiently, greet them warmly, and confirm their particulars and payment details.
  • Ensure accurate handling of payments, foreign currency exchange, and cashiering.
  • Reliably handle special needs and requests of guests and repeat visitors.
  • Demonstrate brand-hearted behaviors by maintaining compliance with all brand standards, behaviors, hallmarks, and license agreement mandates.
  • Retrieve and print arrival/departure reports, backup reports, and trace reports from the PMS system for daily room allocation.
  • Enter/update reservations accurately and respond to telephone inquiries efficiently.
  • Perform tasks in a self-sufficient manner in line with business requirements.
  • Process guest food and beverage orders, clear tables, refresh food and beverages, and organize guest areas.
  • Meet or exceed hotel revenue growth targets by leveraging company systems, procedures, and business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a pleasant personality. Prior hotel operations and/or service experience is preferred. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in English are essential.
