Job Description:

As a Lobby Ambassador, you will play a key role in enhancing the service experience for hotel guests. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with guests and activate all outlet services within the lobby area, including restaurants, bars, front desks, business centers, lounges, and more.

You will respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and make necessary arrangements or identify appropriate providers.

Additionally, you will gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities.

Finally, you will contact appropriate individuals or departments as needed to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • None license or certification required
