Job Title: Guest Experience Ambassador

We're looking for friendly and approachable individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Ambassadors. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests feel welcome and have an exceptional experience at our restaurants.



Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage reservations and ensure seamless table service
  • Share our story and help guests discover the unique features of our spaces
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in our host areas
  • Assist on the floor when needed, from resetting tables to helping with photos for guests
  • Handle guest queries with confidence and resolve concerns with ease
  • Collaborate with Managers and teammates to create a safe, fun, and enjoyable dining experience


Requirements:

  • A warm and friendly personality with a genuine love for people
  • Strong communication skills (a good sense of humor is a plus)
  • The ability to stay calm and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who isn't afraid to get hands-on
