Twilio is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in North Asia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, solution selling, and acquiring G2 K Enterprise accounts in Hightech and Retail for North Asia, specifically focusing on Hong Kong or China Chuhai business.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Be responsible for new customer acquisition, while being assigned a quota for net new bookings.
* Own highly analytical and consultative sales cycles to win business in competitive vendor sourcing cycles with Twilio's messaging, user authentication & identity, voice, email, and contact center solutions.
* Work with customers across assigned verticals to understand their business and technical requirements, and match them to the capabilities of Twilio's Communications APIs and Flex digital engagement center, designing a solution for their specific use cases.
Requirements
* At least 10 years of experience in full-cycle Enterprise direct sales within the Enterprise space (G2 K).
* At least 10 years of experience in full cycle sales directly selling technical CPaa S, Contact Center.
* Experience outbound prospecting in acquiring new Enterprise accounts in BFSI, Airlines, Retail.
* Proven track record developing strategic relationships within the Enterprise account space.
* Technical solutions selling experience.
* Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders.
* Analytical account development strategy based on using data to find opportunities.
* The ability to provide thorough weekly forecasting metrics.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to influence and build effective working relationships.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite to define process and build programs.
* Deep experience in understanding and solutioning Enterprise Voice, AI, Contact Center use cases.
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Native and business fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is desired.
