As a Cash Sales Manager in Global Transaction Banking, you will be responsible for driving growth of assigned portfolio by identifying opportunities and converting them to mandates. You will contribute to the growth of operating deposits by selling cash and working capital solutions. Your key responsibilities will include preparation of proposals and presentation materials to facilitate marketing of GTB solutions to both internal and external parties. You will track deal implementation to accelerate revenue realization and address barriers towards full revenue realization. Furthermore, you will manage stakeholders involved in sales /after sales process to optimize client experience. Your role will also involve conducting market analysis to understand industry trends and identify new areas of opportunities. Additionally, you will generate client testimonials for use in industry events/awards and related marketing activities. You will identify cross-sell opportunities such as trade, global markets etc.
Key Qualifications- Minimum 3 years experience in Global Transaction Banking or Global Corporate/Commercial Banking.
- Good understanding of cash products, working capital, FX solutions.
- Positive, dynamic and self-motivated, possess a can do attitude.
- Excellent customer skills and a strong sense of initiative, drive, hunger and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to interact with people at different levels.
