Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team at RB Food Group PTE. LTD. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage reservations, including taking and entering reservations, cancellations, and reconfirmations.
- Handle table allocation, ensuring guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with menu updates, printing, and tag creation, ensuring all menus and reading materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Front-of-House Operations
- Perform opening and closing shift duties, including setting up the host station and completing mise-en-place.
- Operate and use POS and dining reservation systems, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Assist with front-of-house duties, including handling guest requests and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the service and culinary teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of guest requests.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
- Experience
- Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Executive, Restaurant Host, or similar role.
- Skills
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
