Job Summary:
LEAD GENERAL F&B MANAGEMENT CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Guest Relations Officer to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a courteous and prompt manner, leading them to their tables in accordance with our seating procedures.
- Familiarize yourself with our menu, promotions, and service procedures to provide informed assistance to guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries via email or telephone, making reservations and ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Collaborate with the Operations/Restaurant Manager and peers to ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and are escorted to their tables efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with restaurant policies and procedures, including training, safety, and security protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized reservation counter, assisting the manager in tracking guest history profiles.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Junior Executives with a background in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service, Customer Service, or equivalent are preferred.
- Positive attitude, motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good personal grooming and presentation are essential.
