Guest Relations Officer

Summary:
- Responsible for delivering excellent service to all guests to ensure the overall experience is in line with Tipsy Collective standards.
- Work in cooperation with all service team staff members and Tipsy Angels.
- Ensure all guests are receiving a top-notch experience, with special attention to VIPs.
- Create and enhance the VIP experience to build loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.
- All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all Tipsy Collective policies and procedures.
Job Duties:
- Greet and seat incoming guests in an upbeat and relaxed manner consistently.
- Communicate VIP arrivals and special needs to relevant team members.
- Input data into CRM system and help build accurate customer profiles
- Negotiate and secure minimum spends
- Menu knowledge of packages and offerings
- Complete knowledge of venue floorplan, table numbers, and seating procedures
- Capturing guest details and imputing properly into the CRM system whenever possible
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner
- Successfully communicate with management team
- Working with all relevant teams to help execute bottle presentations
Job Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers. Additional languages are a plus.
- Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene.
- Make-up, hair, and all stylings should be in line with Tipsy standards.
- Maintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while always upholding a warm and friendly persona.
- Requires a strong knowledge of all venues and amenities that are available company wide.
- Willing to work in a party atmosphere that can be loud and high energy.
- Able to work on your feet for hours at a time.
- Punctual and detail oriented.
