We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Guest Relations Executive who:

is a team player, committed to driving the restaurant's team to consistently provide professional, yet personal, service to our discerning guests;

is honest, dedicated to performance excellence, and committed to continuous performance improvement;

is eager to grow with the company, mentor staff, and prepare them for bigger roles and succession plans aligned with the company's growth and expansion.

Responsibilities include:

maximising revenue and profitability from daily customer attendance;

providing exceptional hosting services to our guests, managing reservations, and being a role model for our team;

optimising cost-efficiency and effectiveness;

managing staff/labour arrangements to meet the daily operations needs of the restaurant;

initiating and driving training initiatives for staff, focusing on continuous performance improvement;

ensuring accurate daily sales reporting and submission of takings;

maintaining accurate inventory levels, eliminating wastage, and pilferage through regular stock checks.

The ideal candidate should:

be proficient and fluent in written and spoken English, with preference for another language;

possess relevant experience in a similar management role in a service environment;

be proficient with the computer and common applications.
