Regional Enterprise Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our efforts in South-East Asia and Oceania.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join KEPLER SEARCH PTE. LTD. as a Regional Enterprise Sales Manager, focusing on HVAC solutions for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with senior stakeholders of high-profile clients, utilizing your commercial acumen and strong communication skills to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the assigned region.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders of high-profile clients.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, acquire, and develop talent to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Business Growth: Drive business growth through effective sales execution and strategic planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-10 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC components, equipment, or systems and solutions.
- A minimum of 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales or account management for enterprises or MNC.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with regional markets and regulatory environments.
