Job Description

A senior sales leadership role has become available at HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD., seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Security Solutions team in Thailand.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in enterprise security solution sales, particularly in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM). They will be responsible for developing strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue goals, building and overseeing the sales organization, and driving channel recruitment and distribution strategies to expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Channel Strategy: Foster relationships with distributors and channels to increase market presence.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain and grow relationships with high-profile clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Team Development: Hire, train, and coach a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Sales Excellence: Manage the sales funnel, set metrics, and implement pricing strategies to optimize sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of IT software or services sales experience, with a strong track record in key account sales within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
  • Expertise: Proven success in enterprise security solution sales, particularly ICAM.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, with exposure to multinational environments.
  • Relationships: Established connections at C-/EVP/FVP levels in major banks and financial institutions.
