We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Support Specialist to join our team at SING SWEE BEE ENTERPRISE PTE LTD.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to work with our overseas customers and contribute to the growth of our business. As a Regional Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling existing and new customer inquiries, providing quotations, and following up with customers to ensure repeat orders and promote related products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle overseas existing and new customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide quotations to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure repeat orders and promote related products.
  • Issue sales orders and assist with the import process.
  • Collaborate with the Vietnam branch on RFQs, sales, and direct imports.
  • Prepare reports on overseas trips, sales meetings, and customer evaluations.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or diploma in any field, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as annual wage supplement (AWS), variable bonus, and outpatient medical coverage.
