About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital sales strategy and drive online growth in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong. As a key member of our E-Commerce Team, you will be responsible for defining and developing our digital sales strategy, enhancing the online store customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to drive online growth and profitability
  • Enhance the online store customer experience through data-driven insights and customer-centric initiatives
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Team to create an efficient and informative workflow towards set goals
  • Work with global and regional ecommerce teams to align selling, content, and customer experience strategies
  • Analyse selling reports, budget, and other available tools to inform business decisions
  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Accountable for setting the online budget and following up on P&L, supported by controlling (Sales, Returns, and other relevant metrics)
  • Drive business forward by constantly analysing and assessing the effectiveness of ecommerce operations and current needs based on market competition
Requirements
  • Previous working experience in a Ecommerce Manager role from brands or marketplace platforms
  • Preferably in the fast fashion, retail, or beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, GA4, and Adobe Analytics
  • Result-driven and able to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Able to work flexibly, multitask, and determine key priorities
