About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Trader to join our team in the APAC region. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, executing sales strategies, and driving business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate new client opportunities and ensure smooth rollout to successful commercialization.
  • Build effective relationships with clients to develop revenue opportunities and deliver high-quality service.
  • Source and establish contact with prospects through referrals and internal relationships.
  • Work with various departments to service clients' needs and manage risk exposure.
  • Participate in marketing activities and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on customer demand and recommend product innovation.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in relevant majors.
  • Locally required licenses.
  • Min 5-7 years sales trading/dealing experience with institutional clients or institutional sales experience.
  • Good track record in sales and customer acquisition experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen, and ability to deliver targets.
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to focus and prioritize key initiatives.
