Join Our Team:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD.

This role will involve developing and executing business strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving customer retention and expansion of business opportunities across South-East Asia and Oceania regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Strategies: Analyse customers' supply chain needs to identify opportunities for FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD.'s services, develop and implement strategies for business continuity and expansion, and collaborate with Regional/Country Sales & Marketing Heads and Executive Sponsors.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, including sourcing, operations/supply chain, and project stakeholders at the regional level.
  • Drive Customer Retention: Engage with decision-makers and influencers at the regional level to strengthen partnerships, oversee multiple Global Key Accounts within the assigned region, and meet and exceed budget targets.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in account management, with minimum 5 years in regional account management
  • Experience in the logistics / freight forwarding or supply chain industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, expertise in budgeting and financial management, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
