The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible to integrate at all levels of theorganization to promote the delivery of a quality product and the professional andtimely handling of customer work. He or She is responsible for management of theaccount from implementation to the life of the contract.

The Customer RelationshipManager will embrace company vision while living and promoting the company'score operating values.
- Be the primary point of contact for customers with regards to overall accountmanagement.
- Investigate and solve customer problems and handle any and all customercomplaints.
- Assist Operations and Accounting on issuing accurate invoice/billing toCustomers.
- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Create and present reports and business reviews to clients including but notlimited to: status reports, meeting agendas and minutes, action logs, riskassessments, etc.
- Facilitate discussions, internal and external, on process efficiencies and drivethe program until successful closure.
- Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities for closure by workingclosely with the sales team.
- Be proficient in the business process and technology enabling the processesso that interactions and deliverables with technical teams can be managedeffectively. The position requires technical understanding of high and lowlevel design, infrastructure components, and preferably knowledge ofdocument management workflowCustomer Relationship Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with leadership skills. Maintain a positive attitude focussed on customer satisfaction.
- A bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
