We are looking for an experienced and versatile Customer Relationship Manager for Benjamin Barker Group.

You will be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager is a skilled communicator who promote our brands by cultivating lasting relationships with key customers.

This requires you to constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

To be successful as a Customer Relationship Manager, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint.

Ultimately, an outstanding Customer Relationship Manager will work closely with brand marketing team, retail managers on the ground and online team to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers

- Development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Customer Relations
- Development of customer journey roadmap, cultivating relationships with a key focus on loyalty and retention strategies
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products
- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability- Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM

Job Requirements:

- Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- You have at least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role
- You have excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
- You have experience in charting customer journey roadmaps, analysing customer life cycles, improving customer relationships and implementing customer satisfaction strategies
- You are a team player with leadership skills
- You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders and customers- You maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
