- Train and manage new staff in both customer support and ground operations.
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Develop strategic plans to retain customers
- Supervise branch coverage to ensure effective operations across multiple locations.
- Build positive relationships with customers and vendors
- Address and manage customers’ complaints, registration, and withdrawal matters.
- Work with internal departments to ensure company meets customer’s expectations.
- Update and maintain a comprehensive training manual for staff.

**Requirement**
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or management
- A minimum 5 years of customer service, sales or a related position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and work with a team
- Excellent conflict resolution skill and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
- Able to work at least one weekend and one week night
