Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate teams from diverse backgrounds to achieve exceptional results.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with staff, customers, and other stakeholders in multiple languages (Chinese and English).
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively using problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently using strong organizational skills.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities using sales principles and knowledge of industry regulations.

Requirements:
• Experience in leading teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Chinese and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Prior experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required.
