Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to manage our CRM system on a freelancing basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing CRM systems and possess excellent analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for marketing and customer service.

The responsibilities of this role include tracking new contact emails, updating the database with new contacts, and managing the CRM system to ensure accurate and complete customer information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track new contact emails and update the database accordingly
  • Manage the CRM system to ensure accurate and complete customer information
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for marketing and customer service
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to engage customers
  • Segment customers based on data to personalize marketing and communication
  • Improve customer relationship processes and ensure CRM integration with other systems
  • Train team members on CRM system usage and automate workflows for improved efficiency
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for marketing and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
