Customer Relationship Manager

An experienced KAM is need to take the next step in their career and lead a team of 2-3 KAM's and also a small customer service team for this leading European logistics company which specialises in Luxury Fashion distribution and also FMCG distribution.

Working across a small portfolio of clients, you will be spearheading the ongoing relationship with the client pool, supporting new clients that are joining the business and ensuring that the best service delivery is experienced by the customers.

With a new customer service desk management tool to be implemented, you will be passionate about ensuring we have the right processes in place and that these are maintained. Further, you will use your experience to work strategically with these iconic clients for their future needs.
