*Main duties:*
Client Relationship Professionals are important members of today’s modern veterinary team. They work alongside veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses to create and maintain optimal client experience and good service, upholding the team ensuring client's expectations are met, and the wellbeing of the patients is paramount.
Here are some of the key duties for this role:
- Greet and welcome patients and clients as soon as they arrive at the clinic
- Manage and plan appointments according to client and patient's best interest
- Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with admissions/treatment as per protocols
- Receiving and verifying payments
- Liaising with courier services and laboratories to ensure that samples are delivered and collected on time
*Requirements:*
- Diploma and Degree holders are welcome
- Minimal 3 years of customer relations, customer service or hospitality experience
- Animal lover
- Good communication skills, fluent in spoken & written English
- Knowledge in animal health care or relevant working experience is an advantage. Training will be provided.
- Responsible, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Part-time or Full-time positions
