Job Scope

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and visitors, ensuring that their experience on the Digital Light Canvas is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct guests and visitors entering the Digital Light Canvas, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and well-being of the Digital Light Canvas, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Engage with guests and visitors, responding to their queries and providing information about local attractions and points of interest.
  • Lead tours and provide insightful commentary about the Digital Light Canvas and its surroundings.
  • Stay informed about Digital Light Canvas operations, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
  • Monitor activities on the Digital Light Canvas and report any suspicious behavior to the Security Department.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Participate in training sessions and attend scheduled meetings and briefings.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the operations of the Digital Light Canvas.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of GCE O Level.
  • A Certificate in Hospitality Operations from a recognized institution (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity (advantageous).
  • Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
  • Strong English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and with minimal supervision.
  • A well-groomed and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
