About the Role

The Strategic Learning and Development Lead will play a critical role in identifying company training needs and priorities, collaborating with department managers and top management to drive business outcomes. They will be responsible for developing and implementing training course structure and materials, assessing learner outcomes, and suggesting improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop strategic plans
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet business objectives

Requirements
