Office Manager with Strategic HR Expertise

This role is designed for a seasoned professional to oversee the multifaceted responsibilities of an office manager, focusing on strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals
• Provide expert advice to business managers on HR processes and policies
• Represent Geberit in the region and collaborate with Geberit Asia Pacific
Main Tasks:
1. Implement HR strategy and achieve strategic HR goals in the full spectrum of HR work
2. Develop people agenda to meet established annual objectives
3. Identify training needs and propose training programs
4. Ensure adherence to HR policies and handle compliance issues
Requirements:
• Degree holder
• Proven experience in HR and administrative roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
