\Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Projects & Operations) to deliver on contractual obligations to Landlords.\
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Landlords through demonstrating a clear understanding of commercial needs and reliable servicing.\
- Prepare and present monthly reports and quarterly business updates to internal and external stakeholders.\
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to monitor and understand market insights and trends in order to deliver sound value proposition to Landlords.\
- Facilitate day-to-day activities, including regular site visits to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and assets' upkeep in fulfilling contract obligations.\
- Train, supervise and coach junior team members to achieve response times objectives and high quality communication and work outputs.\
- Support New Business Growth by collaborating with Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities for new business and grow current contracts.\
