Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Non-Japanese Corporates & NBFI Cash Management Sales team in Singapore.



Key Responsibilities


As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for:



  • Leading the sales strategy and business development for Non-Japanese Corporate Transaction Banking Solutions across various industries in APAC countries;
  • Working closely with country heads of Transactional Banking Solutions or relationship managers to achieve sales targets;
  • Engaging senior-level stakeholders to provide transaction banking solutions holistically;
  • Collaborating with Front Office departments and Risk & Compliance teams to conceptualize and execute sales strategies;
  • Spearheading projects/initiatives while working with various internal stakeholders;
  • Role modeling inter-departmental collaboration for global client banking solutions.


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Strong working experience in customer sales, banking operations, and systems;
  • At least 15 years of working experience in Transaction & Corporate Banking, with a proven track record of success;
  • At least 7 years of experience in leading sales teams;
  • Strong customer-centric mindset;
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent proficiency in English;
  • Ability to lead discussions with senior management to achieve desired outcomes;
  • Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.
