Regional Implementation Manager for Transaction Banking Solutions

Pre-Implementation:
- Support the preparation of RFP documents, including custom project plans and addressing technical or system integration queries.
- Collaborate with TB Sales and Relationship managers on key sales presentations, providing input on technical solutions, implementation processes, requirements, and timelines.
- Share best practices with relevant stakeholders to gather existing knowledge for clients.
- Provide expert opinions and insights to Sales and Product Managers on the best paths of execution.
- Oversee project management and ensure the successful execution of each client implementation, managing projects ranging from standard to complex cash management, liquidity management, and trade finance solutions.
- Deliver agreed-upon solutions as the single point of contact for clients, working closely with Customer users, vendors, internal partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring solutions meet business objectives and requirements.
- Develop and deepen client relationships through regular engagement, training, and customer satisfaction drives.
- Collect feedback and share market information, business opportunities, and necessary enhancements to support TB Sales, Products, and Coverage.
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Provide necessary support and guidance to in-country implementation teams in Asia.
- Offer level-2 client support to regional clients with complex solutions delivered.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, frameworks, and controls.
- Escalate/report risk issues in a timely manner to Team Lead or head of department.
- Advise and support junior team members.
- Support Team Lead on ad-hoc tasks.
- Degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in implementation or project management, preferably in cash management or trade finance.
- Knowledge of ERP functions, coding, and middleware interfaces.
- Expertise as API Subject matter expert with knowledge of industry standards.
- Strong transaction banking product knowledge in one or more areas with a track record of implementation experience.
- Good understanding of various connectivity and security protocols, SWIFTNET knowledge an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and regional multi-country franchise.
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate in a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive and confidential issues.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong strategic mindset with proven analytical skills.
- Certification in project management and Cert ICM an advantage.
