The Academic Affairs Program Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of programs at ESSEC Business School. As a key member of the Academic Affairs team, this position works closely with colleagues and external partners to create a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Management: Overseeing the delivery of programs on campus, including academic year preparation, class scheduling, examinations, jury sessions, and other activities related to the program.
  • Collaboration with Academic Directors: Working closely with Academic Directors to ensure successful preparation and delivery of programs.

Additional responsibilities include course scheduling, preparing and validating program schedules for approval, and maintaining accurate records of student attendance and grades.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
