**Director - Academics**
Capital College of the Arts, Management and Technology (CCAMT) seeks a highly experienced, forward-thinking to be the Director of the Office of Academic Affairs. This is a senior leadership position that is responsible for planning, charting and leading the college forward in strategic partnerships and academic matters.

CCAMT is looking for a dynamic, progressive, and adaptable senior leader to work with a very diverse team of artists, artist-educators, and academics in providing exceptional education and training in the arts, management and technology, as well as lead the team to achieve international recognition.

Other responsibilities include academic and managerial leadership for all programs within the five Schools, managing the teaching and production/exhibition budgets, as well as hiring and managing all academic staff full time and adjunct, guests artists, and industry partners.

**Requirements**:

- Doctoral degree (in the Arts or Education), an MA/MFA in any arts discipline (preferable).
- At least 20 years of teaching experience in a tertiary institution, in which at least 10 years, or the equivalent, in leadership and management roles.
- Track record of successful supervision and development of academic teaching staff.
- Excellent business and financial acumen in leadership skills, strategic thinking, market orientation, analytical skills, communication skills, collaborative skills.
- Very well versed with use of technology and various platforms.
- Proven skills in supervising, managing and developing staff.
- Team builder with an ability to inspire and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- Proven ability in managing and supervising curriculum planning, teaching/production/exhibition budgets and program delivery.
- Experience in developing networks with academic institutions, community and industry partners.
