**Job Description**:
- Ensure that the quality policy and quality management system are well understood, implemented and maintained by the Department.
- Formulate policies and procedures, implement and monitor work plans and key performance indicators for Academic Department.
- Ensure that all personnel under your supervision are trained and/or have appropriate experience to perform the job independently.
- Ensure that work carried out by personnel under your supervision is in accordance with the documented requirements.
- Manage and develop the academic programmes by ensuring that the programmes adhere to the school’s academic direction, philosophy and the highest quality and keep abreast of latest developments.
- Manage the teacher deployment of the programmes, ranging from selection, orientation to monitoring of teacher’s performance.
- Define and manage the training and development needs of the organization and individuals.
- Ensure that the learning outcome is managed and in line with the school’s specifications.
- Develop and collaborate with key academic partners in line with academic strategy.
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in private or government schools
- At least 3 years of experience as Deputy Head of Department or above
