Academic Director

Corporate Education is searching for an experienced Academic Director with a robust background in AI, ML, and Gen AI to take charge of the corporate education initiatives in these fields. As the Academic Director, your primary responsibility will be to create and implement cutting-edge training programs for clients in the EdTech industry. This involves designing programs based on your expertise and engaging subject matter experts for program delivery.Your duties will include designing and developing innovative training programs in AI, ML, and Gen AI, ensuring they align with industry standards and client needs. You will serve as a subject matter expert in these areas, providing insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaboration with sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations showcasing our training capabilities will be essential. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to identify technology needs, recommend suitable solutions, and oversee implementation.In your role, you will deliver training programs in your areas of expertise, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for participants. You will also be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing subject matter experts for topics outside your proficiency. Managing and mentoring a team of instructors, overseeing curriculum development, and staying updated on industry trends will be crucial aspects of this role.Qualifications:- Education: Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in AI, ML, and Gen AI, with a focus on training, pre-sales, and technology solutioning.- Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in the EdTech sector, understanding client needs.- Subject Matter Expertise: Strong understanding of AI, ML, and Gen AI for program development.- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leadership and team management.- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address client needs effectively.To apply for this position, please forward your CV to hidden_email.,
