Job Title: Academic Operations Director

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assessment Management: Oversee degree program operations, focusing on assessments and guaranteeing their accuracy.
  • Exam Materials: Handle exam materials and oversee seamless exam processes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure exams meet quality standards, remain unbiased, and are of the highest caliber.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Event Organization: Assist in organizing events such as workshops and meetings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that exams are conducted fairly and efficiently, while also maintaining high-quality standards. They will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.
