Job Title: Academic Programs Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Academic Programs Director to lead our education initiatives across multiple school locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall teaching quality, operational targets, and strategic planning to enhance the education experience and achieve key performance metrics.

The Academic Programs Director will ensure effective teacher training, curriculum development, and competition planning. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to analyze performance data, drive improvements in education delivery, and optimize resource allocation and teaching schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the completion of all teaching and operational KPIs across 6 campuses
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to drive improvements in education delivery and student satisfaction
  • Collaborate with school managers to optimize resource allocation and teaching schedules
Teacher Training & Development:

The Academic Programs Director will design and implement training programs to enhance teachers' instructional skills and methodologies. This includes conducting regular workshops, coaching sessions, and evaluations to ensure teaching excellence.

A structured onboarding process for new teachers will also be developed to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Curriculum Development & Enhancement:

The Academic Programs Director will oversee the refinement and standardization of course materials and lesson plans. This will involve ensuring that all course content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with educational standards.

Gathering feedback from teachers and students will be crucial in continuously improving curriculum effectiveness.

Competition Planning & Training:

A structured plan for academic competitions will be developed, including preparation timelines and training sessions. Strategic guidance and resources will be provided to teachers and students to ensure competition readiness.

The Academic Programs Director will track and evaluate competition performance to enhance future training programs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in Education, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in education operations, training, or academic management
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Experience in curriculum development and teacher training
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with academic competitions and student engagement strategies
Bonus Requirements:

An added advantage would be prior experience with data analysis and program evaluation.
