**What the role is**

The Academic Affairs department is recruiting 1 Senior Executive on regular contract and 1 Senior Executive on a 2-year contract role.

**What you will be working on**
- Plan, process and coordinate admissions, enrolment and examination activities for part-time courses
- Handle queries and provide advice to course applicants / students / academic staff
- Work closely with both academic and non-academic staff to ensure the smooth management of courses and administration of examinations
- Manage and maintain proper records of students
- Plan, implement and monitor projects and initiatives for part-time courses
- Participate in TP and department ad-hoc projects and initiatives
- Collate data for reporting
- Provide general administrative support for the division and maintain proper documentation

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Meticulous with an analytical mind, problem solving skills, collaborative attitude and a good team player
- Independent, self-driven, able to follow-through on projects and produce quality work
- Strong communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, administrative and project management skills
- Be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively within tight deadlines
- If selected for the 2-year contract role, able to commit to the full 2-year contract period
