My client, a reputable and well-established US-listed manufacturing company is now looking to hire a Senior Tax Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company entering an exciting phase of growth and expansion.

Reporting into the Tax Director, the Senior Tax Manager will provide expert tax advice on compliance, transfer pricing, planning, and training at both enterprise and entity levels across the Asia Pacific and EMEA region. You will manage complex tax matters related to income tax, transaction tax, corporate structure, acquisitions, divestitures, and intercompany transactions. Collaborating with business units and cross-functional teams—including finance, legal, HR, and corporate development—you will help implement business changes and contribute to the company's global tax strategy. In addition, you will represent the company in audits and negotiations with tax authorities, consulting senior management, and leading strategic tax projects to optimize global after-tax results.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree from a reputable University. You will possess at least 10 years' regional tax experience, ideally from a multinational company and prior experience in a Big 4 firm. Team management experience is highly desired for this role.
