Our client is a blockchain compliance solutions company that provides cutting-edge tools and services to help organizations navigate the complex regulatory landscape of digital assets.
Role Overview
In this role, you'll become an expert in blockchain compliance solutions and help prospective customers understand how to protect them from complex crypto crimes in a scalable, efficient, and highly automated manner. You'll manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, targeting Enterprise businesses in the Crypto and Financial Services space with a focus on named accounts across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and manage a comprehensive pipeline across financial institutions and crypto companies in the APAC region
- Own and implement scalable sales strategies for acquiring new Enterprise accounts alongside commercial leadership
- Manage C-level stakeholder relationships and partner with solutions consulting teams for tailored product demonstrations
- Handle full sales cycle including lead qualification, prospecting, demos, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure
- Utilise CRM technologies like HubSpot and LinkedIn to achieve targets and forecast accurately
- Meet and exceed assigned quotas while applying defined sales methodologies like MEDDICC
- Travel to customer meetings and events as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise sales with demonstrated track record of selling to Financial Services Institutions (FSIs)
- Experience managing complex B2B enterprise sales cycles involving RFI/RFPs, POCs, and executive negotiations
- Verifiable history of consistently exceeding targets through solution selling to large Enterprise accounts
- Experience selling to C-Suite executives with leverageable network for introductions
- Basic Mandarin proficiency required for effective communication in the APAC region
- Self-starter with natural hunter mentality, adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable in low-structure environments
- Strong work ethic with entrepreneur's mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology environment
- Experience with sales methodologies and CRM tools in remote-first environment
