Assistant to HR Manager

At Recruit Express Pte Ltd, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator - HR to assist in processing HR records and data. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that related documentations are properly filed in accordance with our Service Level Agreement.
The successful candidate will have a diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline and a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in processing HR records/data. You will be responsible for updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in our HR system. Additionally, you will assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via our HR system.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure related documentations are properly filed in accordance with our Service Level Agreement.
