Job Title: Call Centre Operations ManagerSalary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Call Centre Operations Manager to lead our customer service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness in our call centre operations, supervising agents, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of customer service strategies to achieve departmental and organizational goals
- Supervise and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Liaise with stakeholders, including departmental supervisors, external collaborators, vendors, corporate clients, and the public
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in call centre management or operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of managing service operations and customer service principles
- Proficient in relevant digital applications and tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
