Call Centre Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Centre Liaison Officer to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and ensuring that all customer queries and complaints are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. You will be working closely with our operations team to resolve customer issues and provide excellent service.
Main Responsibilities
- To receive and handle inbound customer orders, queries and complaints via hotline, documenting and recording customer details, queries and complaints.
- To conduct outbound calls to follow up on issues/orders/complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To resolve customer queries/complaints as per standard operating procedures and channel to respective operations team for immediate resolution.
- To liaise with respective operations team for issues, follow-up and actions.
- To establish and maintain good working relationships with clients/customer.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Nitec qualification and above, with strong customer service skills and experience in a call centre environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
