Regional Sales Performance Enablement Lead

Refrinitiv Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Performance Enablement Lead to join our APAC team.
About the RoleThis is a high-profile position within the SAM APAC Leadership Team, responsible for providing structure and consistency to the operating rhythm and ensuring the leadership team is well-positioned to achieve against strategic plans and objectives.
The successful candidate will lead the business by bringing data-driven insights that deliver growth and anticipate risks across the entire APAC business.
Key responsibilities include direct management of the Regionally Managed Accounts Enablement Manager, coordination of APAC operating rhythm, and building effective communication plans for APAC.
You will also support APAC leadership in running the business as a strategic advisor, build action plans to improve the health of the business, and drive scale through measurement adoption and embedding change.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams, support them in agreeing strategic direction, and manage action plans to deliver against goals.
What You'll Bring- Able to lead through influence, run and land change, coordinate cadences, manage action plans, and derive insight from dashboards and analytics.
- Strong collaboration skills, partnering across a wide range of functions and seniorities.
- Advantageous to have a background in Sales Enablement or a frontline Sales and Account Management role, and knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce.
- Work closely with leadership teams, supporting them to agree strategic direction and manage actions plans to deliver against goals.

We offer a competitive salary range: SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
