Regional Enablement Strategist, APAC Market Expansion

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Regional Enablement Strategist to join our team in APAC. As a key member of our sales enablement function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion across the region.
As Regional Enablement Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enablement programs that drive sales performance, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to design and deliver targeted training and development initiatives that meet the unique needs of our customers and partners.
You will also be responsible for analyzing sales performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to address these gaps. Your expertise in sales enablement will help us optimize our sales processes, improve customer satisfaction, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enablement programs that drive sales performance, customer engagement, and revenue growth
- Analyze sales performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address these gaps
- Design and deliver targeted training and development initiatives that meet the unique needs of our customers and partners
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of enablement initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, preferably in a regional or global role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enablement programs that drive sales performance and revenue growth
- Expertise in building world-class training and development programs with measurable results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
