Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement professional to join our team in APJ. As a key member of the Global Sales Enablement organization, you will be responsible for driving sales readiness and productivity across the region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales enablement to drive business growth and success in APJ. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored training programs that meet the unique needs of our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute region-specific enablement strategies to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver engaging training content that addresses specific business needs.
  • Pilot and scale successful enablement initiatives across the region.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing future enablement strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with regional leaders, sales teams, and other critical stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of enablement plans.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A proven track record in sales enablement, preferably in a technology industry.Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving business outcomes through effective enablement.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is between SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
