Regional Sales Performance Enablement Director

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Performance Enablement Director to join our team at ReFinance Asia PTE. LTD. in Singapore.
This is a high-profile role that requires someone with a strong background in sales enablement, data-driven decision making, and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead through influence, run and land change, coordinate cadences, manage action plans, and derive insight from dashboards and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership teams to agree strategic direction and manage action plans to deliver against goals
- Develop and implement effective communication plans for APAC
- Drive scale to business by measuring adoption of standards and embedding change
- Identify areas for productivity improvement and optimize RACI models
Requirements:
- Strong collaboration skills and experience in sales enablement or frontline sales and account management
- Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce and ability to drive data-driven decision making culture
- Leadership skills to build strong partnerships across LSEG
