About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Channel Enablement Manager for Asia to lead our partner enablement initiatives in the region. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive partner engagement, adoption, and growth of our solutions in South East Asia and India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to drive adoption and growth of our solutions in the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize partner onboarding and enablement opportunities
  • Design and deliver training programs, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies to support partner success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Value-Added Resellers, Integrators, and Application Service Providers
  • Monitor and report on partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth

About You:

  • Proven experience in channel management, sales, or customer success within a technology or SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of the South East Asia and India markets, with a network of existing and potential partners
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
