Global Channel Growth Strategist

Nutanix is embarking on an exciting journey to transform its distribution partner coverage in the Asia Pacific region. We seek a seasoned expert with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships.
About the OpportunityThis pivotal role will focus on developing, enabling, and empowering a strong value-added community of partners across the APJ theatre. By fostering close collaborations between regional sales and marketing teams, you will amplify our reach and drive revenue growth through the broad channel.
Your Key Responsibilities- Partner Recruitment and Development: Identify, recruit, and enable new partners in the APJ theatre, leveraging our distribution network to expand our customer base.
- Broad Channel Amplification: Engage regional sales and marketing teams to increase our visibility and credibility within the partner ecosystem.
- Deal Closure and Collaboration: Drive and close deals in collaboration with sales, reseller, and managed services partners, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Presentation and Enablement: Present Nutanix solutions' value proposition to partners, assist/enable them in field prospect meetings, demos, and offers, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Technical Enablement Plans: Develop and manage technical enablement plans with key partners/distributors, tied to measurable outcomes.
- Partner Community Development: Demonstrate Nutanix solutions as part of the ongoing development of the partner community, identifying opportunities for solution bundles and vertical-specific offerings.
- Demonstrated Expertise: Thorough understanding of application virtualization, server virtualization, networking, storage, and platform performance/sizing.
- Intellectual Curiosity: Infectious intellectual curiosity, passion, and practice divergent/convergent thinking.
- Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain relationships with sales, technical, and marketing resources at all levels of our partner and field organization.
- Forecasting and Sales Results: Forecasting on channel sales pipeline and delivering sales results through the broad channel.
- Flexibility and Self-Starter: Flexible, dependable, self-starter, and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Leadership Experience: 12+ years prior partner and/or direct sales experience, solution selling or management, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology and reaching quarterly and annual goals.
We offer a highly competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
